The technicians were earlier thanks to a messaging service which allowed me to advise them if I was home earlier. Both technicians were respectful walking through the home with their booties to keep our floors clean. They got to the water tank, which was leaking from below, and actually took the time and inspected the tank, to make sure to find the problem. What looked like a tank failure was actually the plastic drain valve leaking through its threads. The technician confirmed his hypothesis with a switch out of the valve to a brass one and now no leak, some testing, and an extensive check again, no more leaks. Experience is worth everything when dealing with any trade, and these guys had it. My experience was amazing, it was nice to see professionals still around, and worth every penny of the service call fee. Definitely recommend this company to anyone. Thank you to Brooks HVAC.

Our boiler system failed after a major power outage. The boiler gives us heat and hot water so it is essential to fix it quickly. Andrew arrived at our house within 24 hours and with the help of the manufacturer, assessed the problem. Repairs were made and finally with the replacement of a pump, we were up and running.
