Great service from Andrew at Brook’s today. Got our AC working efficiently and will probably save us the cost of the service in a few months. Installed a gas line for the BBQ as well. No more propane tanks! Thanks Andrew and Brook’s team.

Frances was our first point of contact and after determining our needs, scheduled an appointment for Chris to give us a quote. Chris provided the details we needed to make an informed decision and at no point did we feel pressured to buy a particular brand or model. It was always about what our needs were, a refreshing change from other companies that are all about the sales pitch. Lucas and Nick were the technicians that installed our new furnace, AC and water tank. I can’t say enough about their work ethic and its evident that they love what they do. We recently hired Brooks Heating and Air to install a gas line for our BBQ. Francis was extremely professional and very good at communicating with us. Mike Oaks our technician was punctual, professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the installation and would highly recommend this company to anyone needing work done.

Andrew had repaired my quiet side before and was very pleased with his knowledge and speed of the repair. I had to call again and requested Andrew. The bad news was that my unit was fried after 25 years of use I guess that is to be expected. He arranged to send me a quote and told me to call the office because I needed some specifics to get reinstalled. He was a pleasure to deal with and because he was so knowledgeable I felt very comfortable to receive a quote from them.

We have called Brooks Hearing & Air Conditioning three times since we moved to Georgetown (furnace, gas fireplace and most recently a/c) – we always seem to get lucky with our technician Mike Oaks – he is one of the most honest and real technicians we have met! He always shows us what he is doing and if he finishes on time will continue to do service tasks until the paid for time is up – excellent guy! Most recently he took the time to explain to our son how to get started in HVAC – highly recommend this company and ask for Mike!

Top notch customer service. My furnace (from another provider) had died. I did not want to use any of the big companies and found Brooks on Google and saw they were local and a family business. Placed a call and a tech (Lucas) was onsite within hours. The blower was shot. Lucas found a part, but the part alone was too expensive for an old furnace. I asked if they did installs and he put me in touch with sales.

Most of our friends in town have used Brooks and have always had great things to say about them and I totally agree. Andrew the technician was professional, friendly, very clean and organized while performing the work and on time. He was very informative and helpful when I asked him for the most cost friendly options to fix our fireplace. Dealing with the office (Frances) was the same courteous and customer focused professionalism.
