In less than 48 hours from our initial call, we had a new AC unit installed. Chris came by and answered all of our questions and had the crew come out the next day for the install. Very happy with the new hot water tank that was installed by Brooks Heating and Air. Prompt service and the technicians that came to install it were very professional. He even checked my furnace filter (they installed the furnace in 2017)to make sure it was still good and advised me that I needed to get carbon monoxide detectors. Mike Oak from Brooks Heating and Air provided efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service. Mike had to come a few times go get things sorted for our has fireplace, and once the part we needed was ordered he came and installed it.
