Andrew from Brooks was a professional, competent technician. He worked efficiently installing our whole home Aprilaire humidifier to the furnace. We could not have asked for more and left the area as clean as he entered it. Giving us full instruction following as to its operation. It was a pleasure and we will be sure to use again and recommend.

We signed up for the twice-yearly maintenance program and so glad we did. An issue with our AC turned up and Brooks was there to diagnose and deal with it within days! The staff are always polite, professional, and ready to go that extra mile from Fran reminding us that our check-ups are due to the technician who comes to the house. COVID protocols are followed at all times to give us peace of mind too.

Had our air ducts cleaned by Brooks. Booking was easy, the tech was awesome and friendly, cleaned the area, couldn’t tell he was there after! He even helped us figure out why my son's room was getting such poor air circulation. Would definitely use them again and recommend!

After discovering a leak in our hot water tank, we called Brooks and are very glad we did! A service tech was at our place within a few hours, and we had a new tank installed a day and a half later. The service was quick, efficient, and clean, and the techs were friendly and extremely professional. Highly recommend this company.
