After another, well-known DC area HVAC company basically left me hanging with a broken furnace for nearly a month, the service from Brooks Heating & Air was awesome. When I gave up and called, Brooks was able to come out the very next day. My tech, Ryan, was very friendly & knowledgeable. Within 30 minutes, he identified & explained the problem, and had the furnace running again!! The tech from the other company came out three times & still hadn't fixed it!! I highly recommend Brooks Heating & Air!
